Hysteria City has an extensive background in commercial Halloween events as well as Christmas events, live music events
and a host of other functions. All of these productions pay particular attention to advertisement and a large percentage
of the events budget is directed towards getting it's name out in a short amount of time. As our large attendance
records prove we have been successful in our attempts, on a high level. Our events draw the people you want as a
customer. Family groups make up 78 percent of our customers and ages from 5 to 65 are the demographic..

The one-of-a-kind attractions and unique nature of Hysteria City events make it an opportunity for marketers
to reach the hard-to reach tweens and young adult markets.. No other Halloween event in Nevada can provide such a diverse
attendance during the month of October.
CHARITIES
Hysteria City, will continue its tradition of contributing a portion of its proceeds to local local charities.
In the past, numerous local non-profits have been the beneficiaries of our haunts including Big Brothers and the Boys
& Girls Club, Foundation for Positively Kids, and other organizations such as Karate for Kids. Hysteria City wishes to increase its charitable donations by both attracting more visitors and covering more expenses
through sponsorships.
ADVERTISING & PROMOTION
We will continue utilizing heavy cross-promotions, tie-ins and coupons in our promotional efforts, and plan to increase our
website presence by maximizing search engine optimization and utilizing myspace, youtube and other viral marketing strategies.
Additionally, we will continue to utilize print (including local and regional city magazines, family magazines, newspapers,
etc.)
